The corrosion of the fit with the screw and the fit with the bowl was severe, leading to an inability to maintain appropriate geometric tolerances, which caused vibrations and resulted in unstable rotation. After thoroughly disassembling the components, the scale was meticulously cleaned, and the repair areas were made clean before carefully repairing them with special welding to prevent any distortion. Based on the state of corrosion, we examined the condition of the bolts and surfaces at the fastening points, and replaced all consumables.
